  1. Are there different features in the different plans?
    No. All plans contain all of our great features.
  2. Can I move up to the next plan at any time?
    Yes, never a problem. Our flexible plans let you expand as your staff increases.
  3. Can I cancel at any time?
    Yes, we have no long term contracts. All you have to do is cancel prior to your renewal period whether it be monthly or annual. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled before renewal.
  4. Do you offer refunds for early cancellations?
    We do not provide refunds or rebates for cancelling early, but your access continues through the end of your billing period.
  5. If I start monthly, can I move up to annual and still get the savings?
    Yes. You’ll be billed at the annual rate, which saves you up to 45% compared to monthly
